When I set an intention to connect with my Light Team to receive information about this transmission, they shared these words:
“Delight in your rise…upward, around. Reaching the summit is always the goal, yet as you follow the path you see that the summit is merely the goal, not the destination. The goal drives your motion. You are carried by the motion, toward the goal but not to it. Decide your goal and call on the motion. There is wind to lift you and propel you.”

The words they shared are describing a flame, which we can call the ascension flame or the Flame of Consciousness. Picture the rise of a flame and its change in shape. That’s the motion they refer to.
The rising upward is like going up and around a mountain, the hero’s journey — or, to offer another interpretation, like the winding of a spiral pattern.
Many traditions and mystery teachings give homage to the flame. Some believe that fire originated symbols that eventually became letters, including the ancient Hebrew alphabet as well as others of which we no longer have clear record but are beginning to access once again on a subtle/subconscious level.
The title they gave me, noted in the title of this post, is “For Love Without the Candle”. It threw me when it came through and I didn’t have any context for what it meant (frankly, I thought it was pretty weird). Later, when I sat to receive the words above, the meaning, even though still vague, began to make sense. Love is the light of the flame. It’s the flame that matters, not the candle from which it comes. The candle doesn’t control the flame; it allows the flame to come forth into a dance of light. The dance is a rise upward. The summit guides the motion of the dance.
There is also the element of illumination with the flame (I saw lamp imagery earlier, before the words). They’re continuing to encourage us to shine our own Light; it is part of the ascension flame. WE are part of it.
Call on your guides for help with motion in any area of your life that you feel stuck in, any area you would like to expand, or even for help with motion in general if there is not one specific area that stands out, or for help knowing the goal. They are there to assist you in expanding your flame of consciousness.
