This week’s Keynote takes a slightly different approach compared to others that I’ve shared. As always, it’s a channeled Light Language transmission of Love, working with you for your highest good, but as part of the channeling process I was led to a breathing technique to guide the experience of this particular transmission.
Essentially, the technique is a series of pauses following each of several Light Language segments. The approach creates space for deep breathing at specific points during the transmission.
This way of breathing brings your awareness into your body and sets the stage for you to have a deeper experience with the Light Language (and the same for me in channeling it).
As I was breathing to finish to transmission, I received the understanding that the breath can be like fire. I didn’t get much of a mental connection beyond this, but it occurred to me that oxygen feeds a fire and is carried by the wind and that our breath is like wind, even though it contains less oxygen coming out of the body compared to going in. It’s something in motion that can affect our world (inner and outer), just as the wind can affect a flame.
Breathing technique for listening to the transmission
To do the breathing technique as you listen:
1. Seat yourself comfortably (or lie down).
2. Tune in with the beat of your heart and begin breathing deeply and more slowly than normal, feeling the rise and fall of your chest. This will bring you a sense of calmness and connectedness with the body.
3. Once you feel ready, start the recorded transmission.
4. Maintain awareness that there will be several pauses. Each is about 7-10 seconds long, and the majority of them occur during the first two minutes of the recording. During each pause take a slow, deep breath in and then release it just as slowly, tuning in with your heart as described in Step 2 above. Your breaths do not need to match the exact length of the pauses.
5. Following each pause session, allow your breathing to return to a pattern that is comfortable for you. Be open to whatever information or messages the Light Language has to share with you.
Note: You may hear me breathing in the background. Feel free to follow my breaths, or not. Feel free to do the deep breaths longer than the time of the pauses (or for a shorter time). The goal is not to achieve a specific length of breath but to incorporate the breath more fully with your body as you experience the segments of this particular Light Language. If at any time you feel that the specific breathing is distracting you, simply return to a way of breathing that feels comfortable and enjoy the pauses as they come, the way you would in a relaxing, dreamy conversation.
Light Language Keynote #19: A menorah configuration
This Light Language was unique to my experience in that a very strong signal appeared at the beginning of the transmission…one that I did not expect at all.
What my guides and Light Team showed me was the menorah. It flashed in my third-eye vision. I saw the menorah shape superimpose itself on the Light Language transmission that was beginning to channel through me.
The profundity of this hit me pretty quickly:
This transmission feels as though it’s speaking to the creation process of life. It’s sharing some of the fundamental aspects of Light as life: how it exists, works, and, well, and Is.
Those who have watched the videos of Stan Tenen’s lectures and work with sacred alphabets and geometry via the Meru Foundation will know that many of his findings are centered around the mysteries of how the original Hebrew letters of the first five books of the Bible/Torah create patterns, which can be mapped to geometric forms and configurations that are inherent to the self-organizing systems of all life. If you have not explored this work yet, I highly recommend it.
One form that Stan found, among many others, is the seven-branch(*) candlestick or menorah of Judaism. The work is rather involved to understand, but how I would boil it down is, he discovered through a scientific approach that the letters of Genesis 1:3 (“And God said, ‘let there be light.’ “) map to an energetic configuration in the shape of a candle tree or menorah. He goes on to show the configuration as part of the life process.
This Light Language seems to be referencing some of these mysteries, and, specifically, I was getting that this menorah configuration is a key part of bringing Light to creation.
I would like to say that none of this information or explanation is intended to be taken in a religious context — I think we’ve probably all had enough of that in this lifetime 🙂 It is offered as a touchpoint to universal truths that are available to us always and that we might have been understood more consciously in earlier periods.
May this Light Language help lead you to the deep truths that you’ve been seeking in the Universe and in your own life.
* For anyone who would like additional details, following is the video referencing the menorah configuration: A Matrix of Meaning for Sacred Alphabets (begins around the 44:00 mark).
Note: The menorah used for Hanukkah is different from the temple menorah. It has eight plus one lamp, as the Jewish Talmud instructs not to use the seven-lamp menorah outside the temple. The image above in the “A menorah configuration” section of this page shows a version of the Hanukkah menorah.
