This initial recording comes from a transmission that I did not originally realize would take the role it did.
My original intent was a transmission for an important intention that I could experience first and then release to everyone later as a self-healing recording.
But as I allowed the Light Language to come through, it quickly showed itself to be something more: an energetic starting point for more recordings. A building block for each of the Keynotes to come.
Grounding
The intention I stated in channeling this transmission is to ground the body, an absolutely essential part of ascension to higher spirituality.
This is something that I personally struggle with, as my mind tends to get caught up in itself easily and with many ideas at once (sometimes even those that stem from worries and negative what-if scenarios). This can upset the balance of my energy and affect my Earth connection.
It’s easy for the mind and mental energy to run rampant when our grounding connection is impaired.
Aside from bringing about disorientation and affecting the health of our bodies, it can also mean we’re more likely to be disconnected from our true purpose, perhaps not even knowing what it is that we truly want.
My personal opinion is that this type of impairment results in lack of resonance with or vision to what our Higher Self wants for us, as we become caught up in more random, immediate thoughts and emotional reactions, none of which actually connect on the mental level we’re perceiving from. They connect on other levels from which we have temporarily disconnected (usually without realizing it), which is why maintaining a strong grounding connection is so important. It soothes the physical body and fosters openness to connect with our spiritual bodies and Guidance.
