How to use this audio
Headphones or ear buds are suggested (but not in any way required).
Active or semi-active listening is recommended, while in a calm and relaxed state. It is best to give your attention first to your body and then, secondarily, to the sounds that you hear. This will help you feel more deeply into the vibrations of the Light Language and be more open to receive messages from Spirit during the transmission. Use the audio often as you feel guided. Listening to the transmission more than once per setting can be helpful, depending on your preference. I sometimes listen two or three times in a row, but it really just depends on how I feel and the particular healing intention that I’m working with. It is totally up to you.
Great to use at bedtime, but not recommended to play on continuous loop during sleep.
Additional water and rest are recommended after listening.
